This book identifies and describes more than 300 species, subspecies and color forms in the Genus, Oliva. Additionally, it presents a new systematic arrangement for the genus, now dividing it into 19 subgeneric groups of which 10 are newly described. The book has been criticized for its' overly zealous descriptions of new species and its' new classification system.This is a used copy but the spine and upper edges of the dust jacket are tanned. Otherwise, it is in new condition.
