This is a wonderful catalog of this very unusual family of mostly rare shells. It was published in 1988 and it is a 73 page paper covered book containing 73 stapled pages. The shells are very well illustrated with fine line drawings by D'Attilio. And they include several close-upanatomical drawings of these shells that illustrate the point that they are trying to make far better than any photograph could do. I highly recommend this book to Murex collectors. |
