This is an excellent book giving step by step clear color photos of 25 shell-craft projects that appear to be easy to make and that are attractive for use in your home or to give as gifts or that can be sold at craft fairs. As well as a guide to their making the author provides a list of tools and materials needed to complete these projects and the techniques used in their creation. This is the first edition of this book and it is a hardcover that will stand up to long use. There is a later 2002 reprint of this book that was done in paperback but it is not as true in its' color as is this edition. These are used books but look like new but they have .some dented corner edges. If you love the book and the "look" of "Shell Chic" and love shell decor, this is the book you'll want.
