The "nifty fifty" rare shells as
looked at and described by Peter Dance. This is a great look back in
time to what the rare shells were just before the boom times of the
1970's and 1980's brought almost every one of these shells onto the
market. Many of these shells saw drastic changes in their prices but it
was not difficult for anyone who had the price to obtain every one of
these shells. Today some of these shells are available to the point of
being considered common and a few others are on their way back up in
price. This is a great book and as with all of Dance's books makes for
great reading material. This copy is used and it is in almost new condition. It is autographed to the former owners by the author on the title page and there is a written inscription of the owners' name on the front end paper. This is the best copy of this now scarce book that we've had.
