This is the first of what apparently was an on going series of mollluscan studies that i have come across. It seems to be a very thorough work and it covers the shells found in the sub-class neogastropoda extremely thoroughly. Roughly what is covered taxonomically begins with the Ocenibrinae and ends after the Turridae. A complete set of these publications would make an excellent reference set for the shells from the colder waters of the UK and Europe.
This copy appears to be new but has some very slight bends at the very edges of the corners.
