Fiji's Wild Beauty

Although it is a book that is aimed primarily at divers I feel that we conchologists, that can only dream about seeing the natural beauty of the coral reefs in the South Pacific, will also appreciate this book. It is basically a tour and guidebook of the numerous forms of life that thrive on this very important but largely unseen part of the earth's environment. The photography and the reproduction of the photographs are superb. For those of us who need a "conchological reason" to buy this book there are about 18 pages devoted to shells. Most live and in their natural habitat. It is a superb book and I think that all of us will enjoy browsing through its' pages and seeing the amazing creatures found on these reefs.
